Today's dailies
One deal a day for each game, identical for every player. Finish any one of them to keep your streak going — the quickest takes about 3 minutes. Listed shortest first; the times are what they usually take.
- ⬜
Word Ladder 3 min
Lewis Carroll's word puzzle: change one letter at a time to turn one word into another. Every daily is generated by search, so a solution always exists and you are told the shortest one possible.
- ⬜
Pyramid 4 min
Clear the pyramid by pairing cards that add up to thirteen. Quick to learn, and the daily is scored on how far you get.
- ⬜
Mancala Solitaire 4 min
Sow stones round the board and land each one in the store to keep your turn going. No cards, no luck — every puzzle can be cleared if you find the order.
- ⬜
Mancala Duel 5 min
The full two-sided game against an opponent that plays the same way for everyone. Same board, same replies, so the only thing separating two scores is how well each of you played.
- ⬜
FreeCell 8 min
The solitaire where nothing is hidden and almost every deal can be solved. Pure skill, no luck of the draw.
- ⬜
Sudoku 12 min
Fill the grid so every row, column and box holds each digit once. Every puzzle here is checked before it is dealt, so it has one answer and can be reasoned out without ever guessing.
How the streak works
There is one streak, and it covers the whole site. Completing any single daily keeps it alive — you never have to play all of them, and adding more games never makes it harder to maintain.
Miss a day? You can play yesterday's deal to repair it, one day back only. Every past deal stays available, because each one is generated from its own date.
The day rolls over at your local midnight, so wherever you are, you get the same puzzle as everyone else on your own calendar date.
